I’m an audience engagement editor currently working as a producer on NPR’s Politics team in Washington, D.C. I have nearly five years of experience running social media and audience engagement efforts in major newsrooms. I’m a 2016 graduate of Western Kentucky University, where I served as editor-in-chief of the nationally-recognized College Heights Herald newspaper, in addition to many other sleep-depriving roles on both the Herald and the student-run Talisman yearbook.
I’m a born-and-bred Kentuckian; my hometown was once known at the “Banana Capital of the World.”
